My stay was delightful, thanks to the warmth of Patricia and Alexander. They offered complimentary airport pickup and made me feel at home. The breakfast, a delicious typical Costa Rican spread, truly stood out as a highlight of my visit.
Nothing to mention.

The kitchen access was convenient for late-night snacks.
My stay was marred by cleanliness issues, as there were noticeable insects in the room. The lack of privacy due to thin curtains was disappointing, making it uncomfortable to relax. Moreover, the room was quite small and did not meet my expectations for comfort.

the 'double room' was infested with mosquitos, and honestly, cockroaches should not be my midnight companions. I expected a complimentary upgrade for all the inconvenience! The location is absolutely terrible, dark and unsafe—real charming. It's a miracle I didn't get lost. I almost considered giving a good review but just couldn't, too many issues here!

The warm hospitality from the owners created a welcoming atmosphere, making it feel like home right away. Enjoyed a hearty breakfast, with fresh ingredients enhancing the experience. However, the absence of air conditioning made some moments uncomfortable, and the location was tricky to navigate initially. It would be ideal to have clearer directions in place for future guests.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond, including driving us to a nearby ATM when we needed cash. The breakfast was a delightful typical Costa Rican meal that set the tone for our day. Plus, the location was perfect for quick access to the airport, making our travel plans a breeze.
The lack of air conditioning made the room a bit warm at times.

Just a solid selection for a temporary stay in Alajuela with good price value. The responsive host helped coordinate my taxi arrival, which was a lifesaver. Look for detailed directions beforehand to avoid confusion when arriving at night.

comfort and welcoming atmosphere with room for improvement
Patricia and Alex genuinely made me feel at home during my short stay. Their friendly conversations helped lighten my travel burden. I appreciated the cleanliness of the spacious room and the powerful fan provided for comfort. Having access to the kitchen was a great perk since I could prepare a snack before heading to the airport.
However, the only downside was the limited breakfast options available.

will choose the place for future trips.
This place has a cozy room with a private bathroom and a seating area. The garden is lovely. There's a flat-screen TV, a fan, and free toiletries. Breakfast was a delicious typical Costa Rican spread with gallos pinto and fresh fruit. The hosts picked us up late at night from the airport, which was super helpful!

Great free Wi-Fi and a shared kitchen. The flat-screen TV was nice, but no AC.
